Nepali bracelet

Making glass bead bracelets in Nepal is an ancient art that has been passed down from generation to generation. Women in Sindhuli district, 3 hours from Kathmandu, create these jewels with great dexterity, using the crochet technique to string the beads onto a sturdy wire. Each bracelet is unique and reflects the rich Nepali culture. Inner diameter: about 5.5 cm (extendable up to 6.7 cm). The bracelet wraps around the wrist and adjusts to its size thanks to the stretch of the very sturdy cotton threads.
